Role Overview:

As the Full Stack Mid-Level Developer at The Growth Group’s Skopje office, you'll be instrumental in advancing our internal CRM and data management systems. You will lead the development efforts, working closely with stakeholders to maintain existing functionality while implementing new features to drive efficiency and productivity. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our systems remain cutting-edge, reliable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain The Growth Groups' internal CRM systems and data management solutions.

• Utilize Azure Web App and Azure MSSQL database development for robust and scalable solutions.

• Implement new features and functionalities using C#, .NET 5.0, TypeScript, React v17, and MaterialUI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Lead the development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.

• Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of the software systems.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• Manage hosting and API integrations to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.

You will be our internal expert in all aspects of our technical development, and the sole coder for the company - for now! • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ideal but not essential.

• Confident with both backend and frontend development, with a stronger understanding of backend development

• Confident in their knowledge of ethical and legal boundaries surrounding data

• Experience with libraries such as Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, or Puppeteer

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in full-stack software development.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET 5.0, TypeScript, React v17, and MaterialUI.

• Strong understanding of Azure Web App and Azure MSSQL database development.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex web applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

• Experience handling dynamic content (e.g Javascript-rendered pages)

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prior experience and knowledge with API integrations is highly desirable.
